Sablet is a town with two bakeries, one butcher and a florist. Their smells of cinnamon, blood and lavender rise all the way down to the rocks and into the grapes. Warmed by persistent winds from Africa, cooled in old cellars. Open, Sincere, and as ancient as medieval heresy.
